Strong together!

Organisations consist of people. All these people adapt more or less to the “rules” of the organisation as a whole. That is the power of (wo)man; the person who adapts best survives. At the same time, it can be a pitfall, because those who have the idea of having to adjust too much, or who do not understand their own adaptability, can experience disstress. 1 in 7 employees experiences burnout complaints.

Do you want your people to know what their limits and their strengths are? Do you want to give your people a tool with they can self-discover? And with the insights gained get stronger together?

Then choose to turn your people into Ninja.
This can be done via OUR WORKSHOP (part of the day) or a pilot from OUR TRAINING (half year). You can read more about these options on this page.

billion euros costs absence due to stress for Dutch employers.

%

In a world that is constantly in motion, playing (discovering and experimenting) should be at the order of the day. To keep playing keeps you relevant. If you loose your playfulness, this can lead to the experience of stress complaints. Both on an individual level and organisation-wide.

Our adaptability is central: with which development can and do we want to move forward, and with which not?

School for Ninja helps your employees playfully get to know their own adaptability and thus make more sustainable choices for themselves and their environment. Participating in School for Ninja shows that your organisation invests in its people. You show confidence in their natural learning ability and you listen to their insights. You believe in the value of a playful mindset.

In addition, a VGZ study shows that a stress intervention program yields an average organisation of 300 employees a return of 52,500 euros.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP ‘PLAYING WITH RULES’ (NL / ENG)

Just like with Ninja Connecting Hortensia (in the photo) we start our workshop with finding out the Ninja names of the participants. Then we let teams play with the written and unwritten rules of your organisation.

As described in Darwin’s ‘Survival of the fittest’, it is not the smartest or the strongest that survives, but the one that can best adapt. As a child we got to know our own adaptability through play.

You could also consider working life as a game. The corporate culture, for example, has (unwritten) rules. Some of those rules really exist, others only in your head. Some rules work positively for you, some others less. The School for Ninja workshop “Playing with rules” shows you that you can take control of your adaptability by living playfully.

Can you recognise the rules of the game and see that you can play with them in order to remain the “fittest” together?

About the School for Ninja training

School for Ninja is in the startup phase. We are constantly improving our training and the game through pilots. We have already conducted pilots with an educational institution, a consultancy agency and a patients’ foundation.

Participating in a pilot is a great opportunity to participate in social innovation as an early adapter. In addition, by actively thinking along, you can have the training optimally match the wishes of your own organisation.

The next pilot starts:

september (till january 2020)

We stil have place for:

... Pilot partners

During a School for Ninja training your employees will playfully examine their stress and adaptability from the core.

The training’s duration is 4 to 6 months. During these months, participants will receive 2 Ninja sessions and access to the game. The game allows participants to learn about their adaptability, stress and play at their own pace and at their preferred place. Through 5 phases based on change methodology Theory U (Otto Scharmer, MIT), players walk the route from awareness to implementation of learned insights.

It is possible for an occupational health and safety service or coaching party to participate in the training as a guide.

The training includes:

♦ Validated stress and awareness tests
♠ A playful Ninja kickoff session
♥ The onboarding of players
♣ Informing any external guides
♦ Playing the game
♠ Online support for players and guides
♥ A playful Ninja insight session
